* All individuals consuming alcohol MUST be 21 years old or older and MUST have valid identification on their person
* Some Liquid Garage Co craft beer & wine options may not be available at time of event
* Non-alcoholic beverage options available for non-alcoholic drinkers (i.e. soft drinks & bottled or LG Co water)
* Special beverage requests must be provided 60 days in advanced
* Liquid Garage Co has right to refuse service, & remove individuals from premises that are not compliant to local, state and federal laws
* Billing will include the minimum number of individuals as stated
* Deposit required to book/hold date (25% deposit required)
* Minimum of 10 days notice required to book event (special considerations may be available)
* Deposit refundable 10-days from day of event minus any pre-purchased costs applicable
* Catering options limited to availability. Additional costs may apply for special requests (i.e. cakes, unique food choices, etc.)
* Catering menu available at time of planning (BBQ, Italian, Seafood, American Grill, sandwiches, vegetarian options available).
* Please advise catering service of any allergies at time of food planning. LG Co & catering service not responsible for allergic reactions.
* Individual/party renting space is responsible for decorations, installing & removal of decorations. Some decorations may not be allowed.
* LG Co has onsite music (Juke box). Individual/party renting space is responsible for hiring outside entertainment.
* Additional hours for space may be purchased - minimum $25/hr., maximum $100/hr.
* Individual/party renting space is responsible to repair or replace damaged items, space, etc.
* Additional staff requested may be billed as additional ($12/hr. each staff, minimum 5 hours)
* Balance due day of event. Additional costs billed due upon event end
*Tax is billed at local, state and federal rates as applicable
* Tips are not included in pricing
